If you are governing in a MAT – or in a maintained school or single academy trust that is considering forming or joining a MAT – this comprehensive module will build your understanding of the fundamental areas of effective governance, and provide you with accessible, engaging support that will help you to address the challenges you will face and give you the opportunity to learn from the experiences of others.

      Sam has been ¾«Æ·SMÔÚÏßӰƬ's Deputy Chief Executive since January 2024 and previously worked as ¾«Æ·SMÔÚÏßӰƬ's Director of Policy and Communications. Sam oversees ¾«Æ·SMÔÚÏßӰƬ's policy, research, advocacy, external affairs and advice and guidance work. Sam works closely with and deputises for ¾«Æ·SMÔÚÏßӰƬ's Chief Executive, leading the organisation to achieve positive change and drive influence at a national level through our policy and influencing work.
